Kangaroo Korner's All Season Adjustable Pouch is made with a lightweight woven fabric with just enough stretch to helpkeep baby snug against your body. All of the All Season Pouch fabrics have some degree of stretch, but the amount varies so each individual fabric is rated for stretchiness. All the edges are bound with soft nylon lycra binding for a professional look that is soft and gentle on your baby's legs. There is an area of polar fleece attached to each All Season Pouch that reinforces the snapping area.
Kagaroo Korner's All Season Adjustable Pouch is designed to grow with your baby and will accommodate your changing size due to a pregnancy. It is perfect for year round use in all climates and is suitable for children under 25 pounds (1-2 years old). It has 4 rows of durable 100% Nylon Snaps for easy adjusting. Kangaroo Korner products are manufactured in Minnesota, sweatshop free.
Why do you have to specify right hand or left hand?
For the cradle carry, kangaroo carry and tummy position (most used for the first 6 months), you can wear your pouch on either of your shoulders without it making a bit of difference. The snaps will be located in the middle of your back regardless.
Once your baby is being worn primarily on your hip, the pouch will be most comfortable if it is worn on the shoulder it was originally snapped for (worn on the right shoulder if you are right-handed). However, the pouch will still function fine on either shoulder. Most right-handed people wear babies on their left hip, allowing their right arm to be free to do other things - this means the pouch is worn on the right shoulder.
How do you select the best size?
-
Measure your upper chest circumference (loosely, over normal clothing), above the largest part of you bust (under you armpits), to help determine your pouch size. Do not measure directly over the fullest part of your bust and do not use your bra size. Measure men the same as women.

Use the chart below to determine your approximate size.
Stretchiness Rating: (the more stretchy your pouch fabric is, the more comfortable it is for you and your baby) 5 = most stretch, 1 = least stretch
