The Hotslings AP is totally adjustable so don't worry about sizing!  Two well-placed buckles allow the Hotslings AP to adjust and fit comfortably on you.  The buckles are covered with hoods to keep them out of sight of curious little fingers. 

The wide shoulder design is sleek without excess fabric.  It can be worn on either shoulder just like the Hotslings Classic Sling.
