Bummis Cotton Whisper Pant is a cotton covered version of the popular Bummis Whisper Pant.  This cotton cover comes in two colorful fun prints:  cows or bears.  The sizing is the same as the Bummis Whisper Pant except that Newborn and X-Large is unavailable.

The Bummis Cotton Whisper Pant is not recommend for nighttime use or for really heavy wetters.  If the cloth diaper underneath is allowed to get saturated eventually the cotton exterior of the pant will absorb the moisture.
