How to measure: (It is recommended to wear a nonpadded bra and use a soft tape measure when doing this.)

Step 1: Measure your band size - the circumference measurement around your rib cage. Measure directly under your bust after exhaling.

• Round the measurement to the nearest whole inch, up or down. Example: 26 1/4 inches - round down to 26 inches; 26 1/2 inches - round up to 27 inches.
• Add 4 inches to that number if it is even. Example: 26 inches + 4 = 30 band size.
• Add 5 inches to that number if it is an odd number. Example: 27 inches + 5 inches = 32 band size.

Step 2: Measure your bust size

• Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Sand straight with your arms at your side. Round the measurement up or down to nearest whole number - just like in step 1.

Step 3: Calculate your cup size

• Subtract the band size measurement from step 1 from the bust size measurement from step 2. For very inch in difference the cup size goes up one size starting at A for 1 inch, B for 2 inches, C for three inches, etc.
• For example, if bust size is 35 and band size is 32, your cup size is 35 - 32 = 3 = C  Bra size is 32C.
