Here is how it works:

1. Set the rise by using the snaps in the front.  You can leave the rise snapped down during washings.  You don't have to reset it each time.  Next add an insert using the easy to use opening in the back.
2. There are two front hook settings.  Use the inner hooks for small babies and the outer hooks for bigger babies.
3. Latch hooks through the eyelets along the back of the diaper.  When latching and unlatching hooks, lightly push the hook towards the diaper.  With a little practice, it can become easier than snap or velcro!
4. Wrap the wings around and fasten them in the center front eyelets.
